Google API 사용자 데이터 처리 안내

Google API로 받는 사용자 데이터

회사는 공식 YouTube 채널(saju-chat)에 직접 제작한 쇼츠 영상을 게시하기 위해 내부 도구 shorts-studio를 운영하며, shorts-studio는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. shorts-studio를 이용하는 것은 YouTube 서비스 약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)에 동의하는 것이며, Google의 데이터 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)을 따릅니다.

• 사용 대상: 회사 운영자 본인의 Google 계정과 YouTube 채널에 한합니다. shorts-studio는 일반 이용자에게 Google 로그인을 요청하지 않으며, 사주챗 이용자의 Google 데이터에 접근하지 않습니다.
• 접근하는 데이터와 용도: 운영자 채널에 영상·썸네일 업로드(youtube.upload), 업로드한 영상 목록과 채널 정보 확인(youtube.readonly), 채널의 조회수 등 통계 조회(yt-analytics.readonly). 이 데이터는 채널 운영과 콘텐츠 기획에만 씁니다.
• 저장·보관·삭제: 운영자 계정의 인증 토큰(refresh token)은 회사 서버에서 접근이 제한된 파일로 보관하며, 권한이 철회되거나 도구 사용을 중단하면 7일 안에 삭제합니다. YouTube API로 받은 영상 목록·통계를 저장하는 경우 30일 안에 갱신하거나 삭제합니다.
• 공유: Google API로 받은 데이터를 제3자에게 판매·제공·공유하지 않으며, 광고나 AI 모델 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.
• 권한 철회: Google 계정의 보안 설정 페이지(https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions)에서 shorts-studio의 접근 권한을 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
• Limited Use: shorts-studio가 Google API로부터 받은 정보의 사용과 다른 앱으로의 전송은 Limited Use 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(Google API Services User Data Policy)을 준수합니다.

shorts-studio uses YouTube API Services. By using shorts-studio you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms); Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). shorts-studio is used only on the operator’s own Google account to upload videos and thumbnails to, list uploads of, and read analytics for the official saju-chat YouTube channel. It does not request Google sign-in from end users and does not access end users’ Google data. The OAuth refresh token is stored in an access-restricted file on our server and deleted within 7 days after access is revoked; any stored API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. We do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to third parties, and do not use it for advertising or AI model training. Access can be revoked at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. shorts-studio’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
