Privacy and data handling notice
We process the minimum information needed to provide the service: birth data submitted for saju interpretation, question text, browser session state, account identifiers, payment state, and support records. The exact data set may differ depending on whether the user is only reading for free, purchasing a subscription, or restoring a paid account.
The structure of this notice follows common disclosure elements found in Korean privacy guidance, California privacy notice practice, and Japan APPI guidance: what data is collected, for what purpose, how long it is kept, how a user may request access or correction, and where support requests can be sent.
Birth information is used to generate saju interpretation and same-chart continuity. Payment and account data are used to activate subscriptions, detect fraud, restore access after checkout, and respond to refunds or billing disputes. We do not promise that every user question can be answered without human or system limits, and we minimize browser-stored state where possible.
Users may request account review, correction, or deletion consistent with applicable law and operational retention duties. Some records may be retained for billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Requests should identify the purchase email or account and be sent through the support channel so identity can be reasonably verified first.
