Terms of Service

Saju Chat premium is a monthly browser-based software subscription. It provides self-serve AI-generated reflection and follow-up text based on user-entered chart data. It is not a live coaching service, human advisory service, or professional medical, legal, tax, or investment advice.

For checkout and billing, the buyer purchases the subscription from Paddle, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. Saju Chat acts as the supplier and product operator. Use of the product after purchase remains governed by this Supplier Agreement together with Paddle's buyer-facing terms.

Product name, price, billing cadence, cancellation route, and refund path should be visible before payment. If a refund, cancellation, or billing dispute is agreed, the supplier does not collect payment directly from the buyer and does not refund the buyer directly; Paddle handles the transaction-side refund and billing record.

After payment, access continues on the owned-web account surface. Buyers should keep access to the purchase email so account claim, sign-in, or recovery links can be delivered when needed. Unlawful use, fraud, abusive automation, chargeback abuse, or policy violations may lead to suspension or cancellation subject to provider rules and applicable law.
